Position Summary

As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be an integral part of a collaborative
team focused on delivering seamless services to our clients and customers. This can be work from home or a hybrid opportunity depending on where you live. If you are looking for a company that is constantly moving forward in pursuit of successful outcomes, get ready to love it here!

What you'll be doing

• Receive, verify, code and process accounts payable invoices
• Liaise with Service Providers regarding submissions and payments
• Review and process employee expense statements
• Reconcile and post credit card statements
• Process broker commission payments
• Provide range of tasks including filing, data entry, financial analysis and report
• Assist with annual audit

What we're looking for

• Accounting Certificate and clear understanding of Accounting procedures
• 1-2 years’ experience in an accounting environment
• Intermediate Excel skills; comfortable using ERP systems
• Bilingual French and English
• Exhibit positive service behaviours to both internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work well with others
• Embrace new ideas and ways to do things
• Take responsibility for actions and decisions
• Detail-oriented, accurate and able to work effectively and efficiently within tight deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management skills
