CIMCO is Looking for Fixed Price Coordinator based in North Carolina Office.

The Fixed Price Service Coordinator is responsible to ensure that all aspects of fixed price and service orders that have no CIMCO labour are installed and commissioned as sold. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient execution of all Fixed Price orders, so that they are completed on schedule, within budget and most importantly SAFELY. This role will appeal to a Junior Project Manager who takes pride in the quality and efficiency of the projects they oversee. They will most likely possess a sense of urgency and able to solve problems effectively. The position will fall under the management of the Service Manager.

Role Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, communication and overall closure of individual fixed price service projects.
• Host Fixed Price Service Order kick off meetings, track meeting minutes and action items.
• Plan, coordinate and manage effectively all labor, material and equipment to meet the established budget, schedule and scope of work.
• Direct, manage and control trades, suppliers, utilities and any third parties to ensure work is undertaken in the proper sequence and in full compliance with the service program.
• Maintain communication with the field workers on your jobs to ensure that all of their needs are taken care of in a timely manner.
• Ensure that the CIMCO scope of work is achieved and that any extra work is communicated to the appropriate Account Manager for quoting.
• Perform site inspections to monitor site safety and compliance.
• Perform final job site inspection to ensure the job is complete as per scope.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction by keeping them well informed and exceeding their expectations.
• Review and approve expenditures on all orders under your supervision.
• Work in conjunction with the Regional Service Team to assign CIMCO manpower to Service Orders.
• Assist the SM with the Management of Service Warranty in the region.
• Attend weekly warranty meeting for your region.
• Manage returns to shop of extra service material and inventory or return to supplier.
• Conduct activities in accordance with all company policies and procedures including safety and respecting the environment.

Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• Strong skills in organizing and facilitating project work flow between applicable parties
• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills
• Understanding of building systems, commercial construction practices, processes & techniques
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Ability to take a proactive outlook as it relates to Health and Safety.
• Ability to work independently and to work as part of a team.
• Proficient MS Office and Windows-based computer applications skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license
• Engineering Degree an asset
