CIMCO Refrigeration Inc. is looking for Industrial Foreman based in CA/AZ/NV/UT (close to an airport hub).

Role Responsibilities

•Act as Lead Technical resource on assigned projects and establish him/herself as main contact on site with Plant Personnel and Subcontract teams involved with projects.
•Responsible for developing business and maintaining relationships with peers, customers, GCs and subcontractors.
•Responsible for safe working practices ensuring all necessary use of PPE and the application of a safety first culture is utilized, including all vehicle and mechanical equipment applications, by all employees is completely understood.
•Ensure compliance of Installation policies and procedures, including project tracking, safety, time and attendance, etc.
•Responsible for managing time, organizing tasks based upon schedule needs, delegating assignments and inspection of completion and follow through to ensure world class results are achieved.
•Managing project labor hours and determining acceptable labor hour completion limits in set scopes and work with PM to develop or request change orders as needed.
•Collaborate with PM’s, Subcontractors, and Vendors to ensure assigned projects are performed safely and timely meeting scope objectives, remaining on schedule and within allocated budget.
•Supervise work of employees and subcontractors correcting any safety infractions immediately or lack of production through understanding and asking the question why.
•Inspect and verify work in progress ensuring that it conforms to design specifications, World class quality and that employees are working productively and safely to meet set goals.
•Handle all day to day operations on the job site including all required safety tracking forms and burn permit needs.
•Responsible for accurately turn in time and expenses for all employees/Rigs weekly.
•Manage daily communication with customer and project management.
•Interpret blueprints for proper placement of equipment, piping, and supports needed to build refrigeration system accurately red lining any changes immediately with PM after ensuring that all equipment is accurate and installed properly.
•Coordinate work with other Contractors or GC’s attending all onsite meetings as possible on the project to ensure that all work is handled as efficiently and tastefully as possible.
•Assist project managers willingly in creating schedules as necessary and work within the budget provided and maintain daily log.
•Enforce jobsite discipline if application of policies and procedures are unwillingly able to be followed or defiance of polices are habitual documenting any required corrective measures that are addressed and implemented.
•Support in recruitment, training of new hires and remove/hire local workers as needed trough collaboration with PM and schedule of needs
•Responsible for layout, fabrication, assemble and install all functional components of Industrial refrigeration systems.
•Utilize Inspection and observation of all equipment, valves, piping, fittings supplied etc. ensuring that all products received are free of damage and debris and capped before receiving and taking ownership.

Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

•Knowledge of refrigeration field is an asset.
•Excellent knowledge of safety and security protocols.
•Strong communications skills with an ability to communicate with management and employees.
•Ability to lift and carry 21 to 35 lbs. occasionally, and/or 13 to 21 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 7 to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
•Ability to climb up and down and maintain balance on stairs, ladders and scaffolds while carrying tools and equipment.
•Ability to balance, kneel, squat, crouch, bend, lean, stand, walk, climb, dig, backfill and compact.
•Ability to be a good listener and practice attributes and excellent leader.
