CIMCO is looking for a Project Engineer / Technologist to join our Engineering Department in Montreal.
Reporting to the Eastern Canada Engineering Manager, you will contribute to: • The development and design of industrial refrigeration systems • The drawing of mechanical and / or electrical systems• Carrying out surveys• The purchase of equipment, materials, and the tracking of orders. • The preparation of “For Coordination”, “For Construction” and "As Built" plans• The preparation of instruction and operation manuals• Monitoring work on the site (s)Opportunity:• Potential rotation within the company over a period of 2-3 yearso Project management o Project estimationo Sales o Service department
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (building, construction or energy division) or D.E.C. in building mechanics with relevant experience. • 5 years or more of experience (depending on the training received). • Fresh graduates could be considered (according to experience)• French spoken and written is required• Training and / or experience with AutoCad and Revit (3D modeling). • Ability to work with microcomputer. • English spoken and written would be an asset. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.• Knowledge of industrial refrigeration; Screw compressors, NH3, CO2, would be an asset. • Knowledge of the SAP platform would be an asset.
