CIMCO Refrigeration is looking for an organized and enthusiastic project sales engineer to provide Capital Project Sales to the Capital Projects (industrial refrigeration) team channel across the United States.

The successful candidates will work closely with the Capital Projects Team Lead, Director of Capital Projects, and internal Engineering and Automation groups.

Role Responsibilities

• Work to Qualify/Close New Accounts and Leads Generated by Business Development
• Maintain existing customer base and cultivate opportunities
• Preliminary design of solutions, Estimate the project and close the deal.
• Organize Internal and External Resources Throughout the Sales Process
• Accurately Report on Forecast/Pipeline
• Share information on Customers / Competitors / Trends
• Managing Sales leads cultivated by the Service Sales Team and assist in providing solutions
• Regular attendance at team meetings
• Assist in the development of growth initiatives for your region

Location: Northeast US (W.VA., PA, MD ); Mid-Atlantic US (VA, NC, TN)

The candidate will work out of their own home office. The company will provide a laptop computer, cellular telephone, printer and other equipment and supplies necessary to perform your duties.

Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

• Post-Secondary in Mechanical Engineering
• 3-5 years working as a project engineer in an industrial refrigeration setting
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications and schedules
• Ability to design and select system components independently
• Superior ability in building strong relationships with sales representative through phone and online communication
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work in a challenging and fast paced environment
• Strong analytical and organization skills with attention to detail
• Proven ability to work with deadlines and comfortable multi-tasking
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong computer skills
