• First line technical support• Software install• Set-up user-accounts for various computer systems• Manage phone and voicemail systems• Manage branch office network connectivity• Provide first level helpdesk support and solutions to all main systems and hardware • Maintain computer hardware inventory including desktops, laptops and peripherals• Reconfigure, set –up or deactivate for new and existing users• Troubleshoot computer system issues and coordinate with third party vendors when issues cannot be resolved in house • Support for cell phone/tablet user issues
• Willingness to learn and reliable• Basic computer knowledge and troubleshooting skills• Effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills• Able to work well independently and within a team environment• Must be well organized and able to prioritize issues• Strong work ethic• Post-secondary education in the information technology field
