CIMCO is looking for an Assistant to the Administrative Manager for the Anjou office. The incumbent of this position works in close collaboration with the Administrative Manager in all aspects related to their functions; or the administration of OHS, training, staffing and internal management, for all of the offices in Quebec.

Role Responsibilities

• Participate in updating and drafting policies and procedures and internal communications (information memos, employee manual, etc.);
• Produce various reports, forms, letters, tables, etc.
• Participate in the management of various administrative files such as the CNESST, CMMTQ, RBQ, CCQ, AMF and OFL, for the maintenance of the company's licenses;
• Collaborate in the management of promotional items;
• Collaborate in updating various documents (organization charts, prevention program, internal management documents, etc.)
• Collaborate on all tasks related to staffing (unionized);
• Coordinate and participates in the process of welcoming and integrating new employees;
• Provide support for the management of training files: follow-ups, recording of documents, compilation of expenses (annual report - Law 90);
• Respond to employee requests relating to benefits (group insurance, share purchase program, referral program) and ensure follow-ups;
• Coordinate the updating of various files relating to Health and Safety (monitoring of inspections, training, updating of the OHS manual in collaboration with the head office, etc .;
• Administer work accident files and ensures follow-ups (workers, Mutuelle and CNESST);
• Actively participates in various projects, special events, trainings
• Perform all other related tasks.

Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

•DEC. in Accounting and Management;
• The equivalent in experience and training will be considered;
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
• General knowledge of labor laws (CNESST) - (asset);
• Knowledge of the construction industry (asset);
• Excellent knowledge of Office suite software (Word, Excel);
• Excellent command of the spoken and written French language;
• Fluency in English (spoken and written);
• Possess a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and strong interpersonal skills;
• Demonstrate discretion, versatility and flexibility;
• Aptitude for customer service;
• Ability to solve problems and manage several files at the same time;
• Excellent judgment and good management of priorities;
• Thoroughness, sense of responsibility, organization and rigor in monitoring;
• Leadership and dynamism.
