CIMCO Refrigeration is looking for a Service Estimator candidate for their office in Montreal.

Role Responsibilities

• Verify estimation requests sent for service and sales.
• Perform various equipment research, suppliers and prices as per specification provided.
• Estimate the project’s time, labor and research the cost.
• Prepare the Service or Sales Proposal.
• Follow up with customers at various stages: quote, costing, prospects.
• Perform capacity calculations as required.
• Elaborate quotes/proposals and send them to the technical representative or client.
• Perform research to identify service projects to be tendered.
• Attend and participate in department meetings.

Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

• Have a DEC in Building Systems Engineering Technology
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in industrial/commercial refrigeration or construction estimation as well as project management experience
• Must be bilingual in French and English (verbal and written).
• Must have excellent computer skills and knowledge of office software
• Must hold a valid driver’s license
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time with daily deadlines
• Ability to communicate with individuals at different levels (managers, clients, suppliers)
