CIMCO Refrigeration is looking for an exceptional Recruiter / Talent Sourcing Specialist. The Sourcing Specialist will function as a key member of the Corporate Human Resources team engaged in sourcing, identifying and building candidate pipelines for key technical trades candidates in the mechanical and industrial refrigeration industries.

Using market intelligence, sourcing acumen, and industry-standard interviewing techniques to identify, screen and engage prospective candidates you will be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline. You will have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to exceed our internal customer expectations. You will draw on your extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and the functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners.

Role Responsibilities

To be successful in the role you will:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify role scope, target profiles and qualifications
• Become the candidate pipeline authority – the Talent Sourcing Specialist knows where to go, who to engage and how to create a strong employment value proposition
• Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees
• Build a sourcing plan and creative reach outs showcasing the opportunity and CIMCO’s brand.
• Demonstrate excellent research and hunting skills to actively source candidates for open positions/roles using all possible recruitment methods – web portals, postings, social networks, databases, referrals, headhunting, networking and contacts to uncover high-quality candidates for current and future opportunities
• Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducting in-depth interviews of potential candidates
• Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting process so that the processes are transparent and measurable. Set continuous improvement goals
• Use data-based evidence to address hiring manager expectations about the labor market and recruitment process
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting

Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

• 5+years' of strategic sourcing experience for niche technical or trades positions.
• Experience sourcing in Construction, Manufacturing or Field Service industries preferred
• Passion and for finding key candidates and a creative, thoughtful and unique way of doing so
• Extensive sourcing experience using various recruiting and sourcing strategies such as social networks, research, and personal network
• Strong results orientation with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to naturally network and engage with people from various backgrounds
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong customer orientation with ability to communicate with candidates and business leaders at all levels.
• Highly developed communication, sales and consulting/advising skills
