CIMCO is looking for experienced Pipe Welders for our facility in Burlington.

Pipe Welders will be joining, repairing, bending, and installing piping systems

Role Responsibilities

• Using and maintaining specialized machines and tools
• Assembling components so they are ready for installation
• Reading and interpreting project plans
• Performing MIG, TIG and other types of welding methods depending on the project
• Finding and fixing faults in pipework
• Carrying out planned maintenance checks

Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals and processes.
• Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration and adaptability are important.
• Ability to problem solve, make decisions, plan and organize jobs and tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with an exceptional eye for detail.
