Job Description:

• Should have significant experience in Revenue Management, Reconciliations, Financial Reporting and Analysis
• Will ensure approved Accounting and Administrative Controls are adhered to at all times
• Will perform the activities of general accounting to ensure accurate and timely recording and reporting of financial information including development of reports and account analysis, and providing financial analysis to highlight any potential problems in operations or measurement of performance
• Will be involved, along with the Finance Manager/Financial Controller, in budget activities and in delivering the Company budget commitments in relation to both operating profit and revenue
• Will assist in consolidating monthly revenue and cost forecasts of the company and ensure revenues are accurately billed on time (whether automatically or manually), and ensure all adjustments are posted correctly
• Will assist in preparing various periodic financial and administrative reports needed by Top Management and Service Managers, including (but not limited to) profit and loss, revenue variance analysis, etc.
• Will report directly to the Finance Manager and assist the Finance team to ensure quality, timely and accurate process implementation and reporting
• Will assist in special projects requiring the financial analysis, as requested by management

5. Confident to deal with the various parties involved in getting the job done
6. Willing to work long hours if and when the situation requires
7. Good multitasking skills
8. With a degree in Accounting or related major
9. With Professional Accounting qualification
10. Minimum two years’ experience
11. With solid Excel skills
12. With excellent communication skills
13. Able to challenge existing procedures with a view to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

*Must be a CPA holder
*With at least 2 years relevant experience in finance
*With FP&A experience (Financial, Planning and Analysis)
*With Controllership experience in Finance
*Amenable to work in McKinley Hill Taguig
