Vendor Management Specialist

Os teus futuros deveres e responsabilidades:

• Investigate and document the process to consolidate existing accounts into a single account per provider. Including in the document any services which can’t be merged (none have yet been identified but we could see issues with SSL’s and proving ownership for example) along with any risk associated EG godaady need 2FA to be removed on all affected accounts during the consolidation.
• Test the consolidation process on a limited scale before moving to consolidate all, this will require raising and presenting the changes in CAB
• The consolidated account needs to set to send all reminders and notification single email and password logs updated bitwarded keeper etc
• Once consolidated we will need to confirm ownership details of all domains have been and where they haven’t manually update.

Qualificações requeridas para ser bem sucedido nesta função:

• 5+ years of experience in similar roles
• Capabilities to identify and analyze problems logically and systematically
• Strong communication skill, must able to articulate technical issues in a meaningful way to both engineers and executive level management
