IT Transformation Manager -Energy and Utilities

Your role in our team
You will lead initiatives aimed at improving business processes, implementing new strategies, or driving significant change within the organization of one of our customers in the Energy industry.
How you strengthen our team
Proven experience of 10 years or more in supporting and supervising multiple IT transformation projects in parallel.
Demonstrated experience in interfacing between technical and business teams, with the ability to translate between entities.
Strong results orientation through solution-finding and communication.
Strong affinity with best practices and methods (ITIL, etc.).
Ability to make decisions.
Proven experience in communication and interfacing with the management team.
Is considered as a PLUS :
Experience in company standardisation and consolidation (organisational change).
Experience in governance, IT architecture, production and long-term IT operations
Native French with good communication in English
Education : Bachelor or master degree with a focus on Information Technology, or equivalent
