Position Description:

This position can be located anywhere in Canada, near a CGI office.
The candidate must be able to speak/write French.

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a critical role in developing, maintaining and improving applications on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on Risk and Compliance Management (GRC). You will also be involved in creating integrations with other established systems.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with risk and compliance management (GRC) best practices.
• Work closely with the major requirement squad: GRC to implement agile methodologies in GRC workflows.
• Promote legal and regulatory compliance to mitigate legal and financial risks.
• Use the Agile ServiceNow module to improve transparency, collaboration and adaptability in GRC processes.
• Contribute to the development, maintenance and improvement of GRC applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Implement and customize ServiceNow applications, with particular emphasis on Risk and Compliance Management (GRC).
• Facilitate the deployment of new applications and modules, and configure the application's user interface and workflow.
• Collaborate on the development of integrations between ServiceNow, GRC and other existing systems.
• Apply innovative technological approaches to solve complex GRC problems.
• Provide technical assessments, create comprehensive documentation and offer expertise within the team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing experiences and knowledge

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Excellent level of oral and written French
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk and compliance management (GRC).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and ability to integrate ATF principles into GRC workflows.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance, experience in mitigating legal and financial risks.
• Mastery of using the Agile ServiceNow module for GRC processes.
• Hands-on experience with configurations and customization of ServiceNow applications.
• Familiarity with web-based and scripting languages (JavaScript, HTML, web services).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Understanding of ITIL methodologies and IT service management (ITSM) concepts
